Then he lent me a book.
I read a few lines, but I did not understand a word.
一位好客的服务员教了我几句意大利语，
之后还借给我一本书。
我读了几行，但一个字也不懂。

单词
Waiter: t要浊化， r卷舌音不要丢
Lent: 不要读成“烂特”。
Read: 现在式是[rid] ，过去式是[rɛd].
Understand: 不要读成“按得丝但的”。
