A: Since both of us are in agreement on all the terms, shall we sign the contract now?
既然我们双方都同意所有的条款，我们可以签合同吗？
B: After studying you. draft contract we found it necessary to make a few changes.
认真研究了你们的合同样本后，我们认为有必要做一些变动。

A: If any other clause in this contract is in conflict with the supplymentary conditions, the supplementary conditions should be taken as final and blinding.
如果合同中的条款和补充条款冲突，应遵守补充条款。
B: Yes. We do agree with you.
是的。我们完全同意。
A: But it hasn't been written into the contract.
但是这一点还没有写到合同里。
